If you love your BMW more than your smartphone, then you must change your taste right away. Well, it’s because BMW just introduced an exciting feature that enables the user keep their phone near to their heart.

BMW New Feature

BMW launched a new feature which helps the user lock and unlock their BMW with the help of a smartphone. The feature was introduced at the Mobile World Congress on Monday.

Now, it doesn’t matter where you keep your car keys or even lost it. It’s because BMW’s new feature helps you unlock your BMW with just a tap on your smartphone.

Using the Feature

BMW’s Digital Car Key will, of course, be available only to the BMW owner’s with a Samsung smartphone. Note that Samsung Smartphones are mandatory to play with this feature.

To use this feature, you just need an app from BMW called BMW Connected App. After you download and install it, you can use the app right away to lock/unlock your BMW. It’s that easy.

Moreover, you can also start the engine of your car just by placing the smartphone on a wireless charging pad. Do you know what – The world is on the verge of digitization.

So, if you get locked out for some of your own weird reasons, still, there’s a feature that will surely be useful for you. This feature lets your relatives or friends or loved ones etc. have the copy of your copy, so that if you lost one, you can have another one.
